Steps for Use

Prime the Pump
For first use or after long gaps: remove the cap and press 3–5 times until the cream appears.
If blocked: tap the bottom, tilt the bottle, or check the nozzle.

Apply the Cream
Rub into the recommended area (e.g., inner arms, thighs) using circular motions 10–20 times until fully absorbed.
Let the cream dry for 5–10 minutes.

Wash Hands (Before Use)
Always wash your hands with soap and water before handling the pump.

Measure Your Dose
Each pump dispenses 0.25 mL.

Example: 0.5 mL = 2 pumps.

Adjust pumps according to your prescribed dose.

Wash Hands (After Use)
Wash your hands thoroughly to prevent transferring hormones to others.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
