About the event

The M Factor 2: Before the Pause Screening Party is a thoughtfully curated film screening and live panel discussion focused on perimenopause - the often invisible, misunderstood years before menopause when many women first begin to experience disruptive symptoms.

The M Factor 2 shines a light on what happens before the pause: the early signs, the missed diagnoses, and the systemic gaps that leave many women feeling dismissed, confused, or alone. It reframes perimenopause not as a vague phase to "push through," but as a critical window for awareness, support, and informed care.

This evening brings together film, expert insight, and lived experience to create a space where women can better understand the changes happening in their bodies, ask honest questions, and feel less alone in the transition.

Following the screening, a multidisciplinary panel conversation will explore:

  • What perimenopause really is — and why it's so often overlooked or misdiagnosed
